Gift cards can be purchased using cash, Interac, Visa or Mastercard.

You can check your gift card balance at any time online at www.getmybalance.com or by calling 1.888.635.0506.
Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced at the Concierge desk. To request a replacement, please bring one of the following:
- Your original gift card purchase receipt
- A retailer receipt showing payment with the gift card
- The gift card number
A $5 replacement fee applies.
Bayview Village gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, used to obtain credit, pay a credit account, complete card-not-present or pre-authorized transactions, or used for tips.

- Confirm participating retailers by contacting the BV Concierge.
- Inform the sales associate that you will be using a Bayview Village gift card before your purchase is processed.
- Your receipt will show the remaining balance after purchase. Balances can also be checked online or by phone.
Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). Card funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
