Bayview Village Shopping Centre is beginning its transformation, with the addition of residences, additional shopping venues, exterior pedestrian walkways, green space and more.

Having turned 60 in 2023, this 315,000 sq. ft., one-level shopping centre is 90% occupied and continuing to welcome new tenancies. These new tenants include Ju-Raku, a 4,500 sq. ft. high-end Japanese restaurant; Moda Kids, a 2,376 sq. ft. luxury children’s department store; Rinascimento, a 1,096 sq. ft. luxe Italian fashion brand; and Pür & Simple, a 2,834 sq. ft. national breakfast restaurant.

Paired with the ongoing complex interior renovation taking place at the shopping centre, Bayview Village is setting the stage for their upcoming exterior renovation, including not only new retail space, but also a residential component.
